Why Myron Radio?
About two years ago a friend introduced me Myron Radio. Lunch was set at a local coffee shop. That summer, I had been lying in the pool not thinking of much except working on my tan. What the heck I said -- he’s buying -- I’ll go. Boy, am I glad I did.
Besides getting a free lunch, we hit it off immediately.
Neither of us was sure on how to leverage our core competencies. Nor were we convinced that doing so would yield benefit. Myron had just released his second book- Change at the Core- a practical guide for leaders illustrating how to maximize potential and productivity from their teams. In our many subsequent discussions, a simple realization kept resurfacing--effective leadership begins with the simple formula--clear and concise communications!
Thus the alliance was formed and today resulting in the strategic partnership with BJ Global Enterprises LLC.
Myron is one of the best in developing leaders and helping them navigate through the maze of change management. Shaping how and what leaders say to their teams is where I come in. Together, we deliver actionable and measureable results for our clients.
